Activating the urban corner

This project is one of the first new apartment building sited in a Collingwood corner site.

The building responds to the corner junction with a sculptural fold through the building wall inverted inwards. The building has a red brick snap facade creating an urban landmark referencing the bygone Collingwood brick construction factories. 

This is a 5 story building with roof top communal garden, large windows and ground floor retail. This is an excellent example of development on small plots with planting on the ground and high level.
